Koski Tapani

Tapani Koski has a 15 years experience in consulting. His core competence areas are strategic development and Mergers & Acquisitions.

His wide range of capabilities include mission, vision, strategy and balanced scorecard consulting to situational leadership education. He has been active in the Finnish Strategic Management Society leading Round Table considering Corporate Governance, and has been a representative in Blanchard International.

Tapani Koski has a long career as a top leader in large corporations. He has been Senior Vice President of a multi-business company, responsible for development, as well as in a large industrial company responsible for economics and planning. His experience includes leading corporate strategy processes, developing management systems, M&A, business plans and IT-development.

He has a wide experience both in corporate and public sector projects. He has a capability to see the whole picture and create as well as describe potential solutions and support the customer in developing the activity.

Tapani Koski received his B.Sc. in Economics from Helsinki School of Economics and has had further education in Lifim and Leadership Academy.
