The mission of VIA Senior Leadership in Action -program is to transform the management and leadership thinking of the participants as well as offer an effective process for concretising thoughts into transformative actions.

We believe that

Leadership is the driving force in creating success and transformation of an organisation.

The top management of an organisation cannot give something that it does not have, the vision of the future challenges, the methods and tools how to lead in the 21st century or acting as an active example – if it first does not pay attention to itself.

The adaptability of new thoughts is an essential part of the strategic speed of a company. It has a central influence on the competitiveness of an organisation.

The ability of the top management to behave as an example is the strongest and the most impressive way to lead – sometimes even the only efficient way to lead an organisation.
