Goal of the program

The goal of the VIA Leadership in Action programme is to change and develop participants' behaviour. The program aims to influence the whole organisation.

Participants

Participants of the program come from different types of companies and organisations. They represent the top level management of Finnish companies and organisations as well as subsidiaries of international companies.

Project work

Each participant will choose a development project relevant to his own organisation. This project is carried out during the program. As a result of the project the participant presents a development plan for the organisation. The result of the project is evaluated by the instructors of the VIA Leadership in Action programme and diplomas will be awarded to participants upon successful comletion of the programme.

The VIA Leadership in Action programme is approx. 40 % of an MBA-degree

Century University (USA) has accepted the Leadership in Action –programme as a part of its MBA programme. The Leadership in Action programme constitutes approximately 40% of an MBA-degree.
